You’ll make a significant impact supporting a caseload of 34 elementary-age students on the autism spectrum, helping them overcome communication challenges and succeed both academically and socially.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Experience supporting students on the autism spectrum strongly desired
- Excellent communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication needs
- Deliver targeted intervention services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social growth
- Document progress and ensure compliance with IEP goals and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings and consultations
