Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in providing therapy to elementary, middle, high school students, as well as infants and toddlers
- Comfortable managing a mobile caseload and adapting to varying schedules
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently across multiple school sites
- Please note: This position is not open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy onsite to students with a range of needs
- Travel between up to five schools (3 elementary, 1 middle, 1 high) and Early Childhood programs as needed
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Flex schedule according to assignment: elementary (8:30–3:50), secondary (7:20–2:40)
