Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Eligible for appropriate state licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience working within K-12 school environments strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Comfortable traveling between three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school as part of a varied caseload
  • Please note: Candidates with CSY or SLPA credentials will not be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, tailoring interventions to meet individual goals
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress in compliance with school and state standards
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success across settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular team meetings
  • Offer support and guidance to ensure students’ access to curriculum and communication opportunities
