This engaging, 37.5-hour-per-week position supports a diverse group of learners across multiple settings, including elementary, middle, high schools, and infants and toddlers programs. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Recent school-based SLP experience preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized therapy
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Flexibility in adapting to daily schedule and different school environments
- Please note: CSY and SLPA candidates will not be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services onsite, adjusting approaches to suit students’ unique developmental needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure integrated care
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Serve students across multiple campuses, requiring the ability to travel locally between sites
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student support team discussions, advocating for each child’s communication needs
