School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dundalk, Maryland

This onsite, contract position offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week in an itinerant capacity, collaborating with students from various grade levels—including infants and toddlers, elementary, middle, and high school. The schedule provides some variety, as your hours will align with the needs of each assignment and school, keeping each day engaging and diverse.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid licensure to practice as an SLP in Maryland
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Ability to provide therapy across multiple age groups, including early intervention
- Self-motivated, flexible, and organized professional ready to manage a dynamic caseload
- Please note: Only SLPs with CCCs will be considered; SLPA or Clinical Fellowship Year applicants will not be accepted
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as infants and toddlers
- Perform evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support student progress
- Travel between up to five school sites as needed in an organized, efficient manner
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all district and state compliance requirements
