Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and fingerprinting per district requirements
- Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students (caseload and age group to be determined)
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
