Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of school-based SLP best practices
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in coordination with teachers and staff
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in school meetings, case conferences, and parent consultations as necessary
- Support students across various age groups, with assignment details to be determined
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism within the school community
Additional Information:
- Full-time: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Assignment start and end dates: August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027
- Multiple school assignments possible, details to be determined
- All candidates must pass drug screening and fingerprint checks as part of district credentialing
