Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state SLP licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered.
- Recent experience with school-based or pediatric populations, especially grades 4–6, is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families.
- Comfortable working full-time, on-site during a traditional academic calendar.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in 4th-6th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups.
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support.
- Educate and support families regarding strategies to reinforce progress at home.
