We’re seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to work with an elementary-aged caseload of approximately 55 students on a contract basis.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Organized, flexible, and passionate about fostering student progress
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of student goals
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students within the school environment
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and adapt practices to best meet student needs
