Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Appropriate state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and documentation
- Ability to structure engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and compliance
