What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure prior to start
- Previous experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
What you’ll do:
- Conduct speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support speech-language growth in various school settings
