Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current or eligible SLP-CCC or completion of CFY
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
- Connecticut state licensure or eligibility
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse elementary caseload, delivering flexible, individualized therapy
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Document all sessions and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Provide services through both in-person and virtual platforms as required
