Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Menifee, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and special education collaboration
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as both a team member and independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educational staff
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and case management
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Document services, maintain compliance with applicable regulations, and communicate progress with families and team members
- Support prevention, intervention, and consultative services as part of a multidisciplinary team
