Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Elsinore, California

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds a valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings, either clinically or in internship
- Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs, ages, and backgrounds
- Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and compile detailed progress reports
- Develop individualized treatment plans, integrate goals into classroom activities, and document services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with school staff and families
- Offer guidance and support to teachers on accommodating communication differences in the classroom
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
