Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Marion, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role serving a diverse caseload across multiple age groups, including preschool through high school.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct play-based assessments for preschool-aged children
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students
- Deliver direct services to middle school and high school students
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices across pediatric populations
- Experience with school-based services preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
