Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Marietta, GA

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) serving students from kindergarten through 8th grade. This contract position is set to begin in August 2026 and extend through May 2027, working 16 hours per week over two days. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and caring families, all while making a significant impact during pivotal school years. Compensation for this role ranges from $45–50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Desired qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience with elementary and middle school-aged students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to K-8 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student growth
- Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
