Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Washington
- CCC-SLP credential or open to supervision of Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary populations
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities
- Passion for working onsite with students, teachers, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct assessment and intervention for elementary-age students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain regular communication with educators, administrators, and caregivers to promote student progress
- Provide documentation, progress reports, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings as required
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team approach to support students holistically
