Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Washington State, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience collaborating within school settings and comfortable managing an elementary caseload
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented approach
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary students
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes as required by school and state guidelines
- Engage proactively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to help shape student learning goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to help students reach their full potential
