Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license for Washington State, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
  • Experience collaborating within school settings and comfortable managing an elementary caseload
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented approach

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for elementary students
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes as required by school and state guidelines
  • Engage proactively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to help shape student learning goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to help students reach their full potential
