Speech Language Pathologist in Puyallup, WA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license in Washington State (or eligibility by start date)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in elementary school caseloads
- Understanding of school-based service delivery models
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Committed to student-centered care and individualized support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
