Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with preference for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualification
  • Experience working within an elementary school setting or with school-aged children
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and related documentation
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Commitment to onsite work throughout the assignment

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a caseload of elementary students needing speech-language supports
  • Conducting assessments, generating individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary staff to create a supportive learning environment
  • Tracking progress, maintaining records, and updating IEPs as appropriate
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives
