Qualifications and Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
- Experience in school settings, particularly with adolescent or pediatric populations
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering evidence-based therapy
- Flexibility and confidence supporting diverse caseloads, especially middle or high school students
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Deliver targeted interventions—individually or in small groups—aligned with students’ needs
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and district protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success across academic and social settings
