Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, MN

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current or eligible SLP licensure with CCC or CFY status in the state
- School-based or pediatric speech-language pathology experience highly desirable
- Confidence working with caseloads of approximately 55 students
- Proficiency with evaluations, IEPs, and data-driven therapy plans
- Comfort and competence engaging with middle or high school populations
- Strong collaboration skills for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload, adapting approaches to meet students’ unique goals
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring as required
- Consult with teachers and staff, supporting student participation in the school environment
- Foster effective communication with families regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team initiatives
This is a full-time contract position running from late August through early June, with 37.5 hours each week and a manageable caseload.
