Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - South Mills, NC

You’ll benefit from guaranteed weekly hours and will not be expected to take on additional district duties beyond your contracted schedule. This school-based position welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), with stipend opportunities available for travel therapists.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligible)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow applicants encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech/language therapy to students in compliance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain documentation and contribute to progress reports and IEP meetings
- Support students’ ability to access curriculum and improve communication skills
