- Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across a varied caseload, in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and accurately document progress
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal policies
