Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Osseo, Minnesota

This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, supporting a diverse caseload of approximately 55 students, with a focus on middle and high school populations. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or the ability to obtain it before the start date
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred, particularly with middle and high school students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage a flexible caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across a range of needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and progress
