Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Must hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of children in the school setting
- Engage in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support personnel to foster student success
- Offer guidance and support to families regarding home practice and generalization strategies
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
