What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for Virginia)
- ASHA Certification: CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience or enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt interventions for a diverse student body
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for progress
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
- Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and set therapy goals
- Document intervention strategies and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary solutions
