Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
- Pediatric experience, especially in school-based environments
- Proficiency in developing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Deliver direct therapy services to address language, articulation, voice, fluency, and pragmatic needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and district guidelines
- Participate actively in meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
