Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in schools
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and service delivery for children with varied speech or language needs
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability for working in a dynamic, team-focused environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate effective interventions and support systems
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development activities
- Stay informed on advances and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
