Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Madison, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP certification required
- Eligibility for Ohio licensure and Ohio Department of Education credentials (travelers considered)
- Pediatric, autism, and school-based SLP experience preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy, AAC tools like Proloquo2Go/LAMP a plus
- Ability to bill Medicaid strongly preferred
- Willingness to work on-site at two school locations (within 4 minutes of each other)
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students—caseload of 25-30
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists in co-treatment models
- Facilitate social/pragmatic skills groups and support communication development
- Engage with a small, dedicated team (1:2 staff-to-student ratio)
- Provide therapy only; evaluations and IEPs are optional (based on Medicaid billing ability)
- Flexible schedule: 6-hour days, generally 8:30 to 2:30, with opportunity for minor adjustments as needed
