Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Background in pediatric care; experience with Early Childhood and Elementary populations a plus
- Confidence working independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation standards
- Strong communication and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions to assigned students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs (moderate to profound)
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as required
- Maintain timely, accurate records and documentation
Compensation & Benefits:
