Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship
- State licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations, especially in early childhood and elementary settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centric practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, screenings, and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records for compliance
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Educate and collaborate with classroom teachers and families for carryover of skills
