Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) acceptable
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings
- Passion for supporting students’ communication and language needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-8
- Provide direct SLP therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to tailor interventions and support student growth
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support students’ educational journeys
- Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment that encourages student participation and progress
