Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (SLP - MA)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings welcomed
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Passion for working with diverse student populations, supporting K-8 students’ speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to K-8 students, both individually and in group sessions
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Serve as an advocate for student needs, sharing expertise at team meetings and case conferences
