Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dorchester, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license and certification
- CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes, development of goals, and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language pathology services to students in grades K-8
- Conduct assessments and screeners, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, services provided, and evaluation results
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and support compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
