Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience working in schools, pediatric/healthcare settings, or with students with varying communication needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and execute tailored therapy interventions, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
  • Educate families and school staff on therapy strategies and progress updates
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development
