Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lusby, MD

What We’re Looking For:
- Maryland SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs
Role Highlights:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a varied school-age caseload
- Conduct assessments and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and support implementation of IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and required compliance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered school culture
