Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with K-12 populations highly desired
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students onsite
- Conduct assessments and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with faculty and families
- Develop goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Support inclusive classroom environments through consultative services
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school standards
