What we’re looking for:
- Current SLP licensure in California or eligibility to obtain
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but strong clinical skills in other environments are also considered
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship candidates with strong references welcome
- Skilled communicator, comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and school teams
- Organized, compassionate, and adaptable to new environments
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to meet individual student needs
- Monitor and document student progress toward goals
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and support a collaborative educational experience
