A rewarding contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC, SLP-CTC) who is passionate about helping young learners thrive. You’ll work in collaboration with onsite SLPAs, delivering services to a manageable caseload across up to three elementary school locations—one site per day, ensuring variety and strong relationships within each educational community.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure (SLP-CCC, SLP-CTC required)
- Strong background in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
- Experience managing a caseload of 50-60 students, preferably in elementary settings
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and treatment for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ functional communication across academic and social environments
- Consult and coordinate therapy services with onsite SLPAs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
Role Details:
- Contract assignment, serving up to three local elementary schools—one site per day
- Caseload averages 50-60 students
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Support from engaged onsite SLPAs
