Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Valid California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with K-12 populations is preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to assess and address a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech-language intervention sessions, both individual and group
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
