School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Los Angeles, California

You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, all located at a single site—enabling you to build meaningful relationships and deliver high-quality, consistent services. Bilingual Spanish abilities are highly valued, as they help foster greater accessibility and success for students and families from multilingual backgrounds.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
- Demonstrated experience supervising SLPAs in an educational setting
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Previous experience with elementary (K-5) aged students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
- Design and deliver evidence-based interventions and therapy sessions
- Supervise and provide guidance to Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Document student progress; participate in IEP meetings with teachers and families
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and administrators
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment supporting students’ communication needs
