Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Los Angeles, CA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status accepted
- Familiarity with school-based or pediatric speech therapy; healthcare experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
- Able to assess and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech-language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services, using evidence-based practices suited to school-aged children
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and set goals
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring timely documentation for compliance purposes
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and professional development activities to support student needs
