School Speech Language Pathologist - Riverside, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with moderate to severe student populations is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45 students across multiple sites
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Provide consultation and support to multiple sites as needed
- Maintain accurate student records and progress notes
