School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Anaheim, California

This full-time, contract position offers a perfect blend of virtual work and in-person assessments, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility.
As an SLP-CCC, you will deliver both push-in and push-out services across one or two school sites, supporting students with a variety of needs—including those with Autism, severe behaviors, and nonverbal communication challenges. Your experience with AAC devices and elementary settings will be instrumental in providing innovative and effective therapy. Assessments are conducted in person, with ongoing services offered virtually (no VOCO platform). You’ll also utilize SEIS for documentation and SEIS billing.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP-CCC license; waivers are not accepted
- Previous experience working in elementary settings is required
- Proficiency with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) technology
- Skilled in working with children with Autism, nonverbal needs, and/or severe behaviors
- Comfortable with SEIS and SEIS billing
- Able to manage a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) for the duration of the school year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person assessments and deliver virtual therapy sessions
- Customize intervention plans for PreK-8th grade students
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Document services and progress using SEIS platforms
- Provide both push-in and push-out support models
- Travel between 1-2 local school sites as needed
This position is situated in a welcoming community near Anaheim, with the flexibility of remote work and hands-on student interactions. The contract encompasses the full academic year, ensuring consistent support for your caseload.
