Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active and unrestricted SLP license in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and advocacy skills
- Comfort collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) in partnership with educators and parents
- Deliver direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom adaptations and language-rich environments
- Engage in school activities and professional growth initiatives as needed
