What you bring:
- Active SLP license; applications from Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome.
- Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood or school-aged populations.
- Familiarity with individualized therapy plans and progress monitoring.
- Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Organizational skills to manage a 35-hour workweek Caseload.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a daycare center, focusing on developing communication, articulation, and language skills.
- Complete all necessary documentation for assessments, progress, and individualized plans according to school and state requirements.
- Collaborate proactively with educators, caregivers, and other specialists to maximize student support.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations and communication with families.
- Foster an engaging and inclusive environment that meets students’ unique needs.
