School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Little Rock, Arkansas

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to work with a caseload of approximately 36-40 students in a daycare center setting, with work taking place onsite near Little Rock, AR. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 2027, providing stability and the chance to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in school or early childhood settings is beneficial, but not required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality speech and language services to young children
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse group of 36-40 students at the daycare center
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, regularly communicating updates to educators and families
- Engage in collaborative team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations and guidelines
With this onsite-only position, you’ll work full-time (35 hours per week) within a supportive educational community dedicated to student success. There may be flexibility for one work-from-home day if desired. You’ll find purpose and fulfillment helping students enhance their communication skills at a crucial developmental stage.
