Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lititz, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Prior experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school staff
- Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions across a variety of disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group) to students from preschool through high school, as assigned
- Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Document student progress and maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development activities
