Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CCC-SLP, CFY, or eligibility for state licensure
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs

What Will You Do?

  • Manage a comprehensive K-12 caseload, delivering direct and indirect therapy services
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Document and report on student performance and compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to SLP-Assistants, as needed
  • Utilize innovative approaches and technology for effective teletherapy sessions
