Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bonaire, GA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience delivering speech services in a school environment is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and IEP implementation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the educational team
- Provide direct intervention and therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and assessment outcomes
- Partner with teachers and staff to support classroom communication needs and offer strategies for student success
- Engage parents and caregivers by communicating progress and providing resources for continued support at home
