  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive environment for learners of diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
  • Design and execute targeted therapy sessions addressing students’ individual needs

  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and parent-teacher meetings as a valued team member
  • Deliver support and consultation to teachers and families to promote carryover of strategies in the classroom and at home
