Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY considered)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric SLP practice within school settings
- Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and tailoring interventions for a variety of communication needs
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and documenting progress
- Confident with either on-site or teletherapy service delivery
- Familiarity with educational systems and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is helpful
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators, families, and other specialists
- Deliver therapy both one-on-one and in small groups, adapting to in-person or remote platforms as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Communicate progress to all stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
