Desired Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Georgia

- Previous experience with K-12 students, especially in a school or pediatric setting
- Familiarity with digital platforms for teletherapy is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, using engaging, evidence-based strategies
- Document progress and maintain timely, accurate reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, parental consultations, and professional development as needed
- Offer services through teletherapy if preferred, utilizing interactive digital tools for effective remote interventions
